Trainee Estate Agent

Register customers and conduct property viewings for residential sales while negotiating offers between all parties. Maximize branch income by cross-selling mortgages, conveyancing, and insurance services with excellent customer service. The role involves a 5-day week including Saturdays on rota, with an OTE pay of circa £26,000 per annum and guaranteed commission in the first few months. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as the position is predominantly office-based. Full training is provided, though industry experience is ideal; we are part of a network of 63 franchise branches across England.
