Job Summary
Manage operational execution of ESG processes and certification requirements for commercial transactions. Ensure timely issuance and management of sustainability documentation, including transaction certificates and supplier validations. Maintain compliance with regulations such as the EUDR and oversee document updates, internal controls, and certification renewals. Support the integrity of internal ESG controls and manage follow-up on internal and external audit processes. This role supports StoneX's global mission of connecting clients to markets through world-class products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Student in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Agronomy, Forestry Engineering, Sustainability, Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or related fields
- Familiarity with document management and compliance control processes
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel
- Available for hybrid work model (4 days/week in the office, 1 day/week remote)
- Located in São Paulo
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced or Fluent in English
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
