Job Summary
Support functional and operational teams on real-time projects, focusing on design engineering, technology, and product development within analysis, definition, or product design areas. Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives, organizational KPIs, and Lean culture while applying engineering fundamentals in areas such as strength of materials, fatigue, fracture, and finite element analysis. Utilize FEA/CAD tools including Ansys, NX, and Catia V5 to solve complex aerospace problems, potentially taking ownership of larger project portions under supervision. Develop technical and personal skills through on-job training, mentoring, and self-directed learning in domains like additive manufacturing, composites, and data science.
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduation degree from reputed university preferably from Mechanical, Industrial Production and Aerospace background
- Excellent engineering fundamentals
- Passion to drive their own career and Willingness to Learn
- Keen interest in the Aerospace industry
- Enthusiasm for continuous personal development
- Exhibits leadership potential and Ownership
- Good communication skills in English both oral and written
- Right to work in country that you have applied for
- Self-driven individual who can expand his/her skills with on-job training

- Flexible and adaptable to new tasks
- Good knowledge of Strength of materials (engineering fundamentals)
- Knowledge of Gas turbine working principle
- Knowledge of any programming languages
- Previous experience in design / simulation of aerospace or mechanical components (e.g. through internships, placements, Experience before joining Masters if any)
- Knowledge of FEA/CAD tools (Ansys, Ansys workbench, Hypermesh, Simcenter, UG NX, Catia V5, MSC Nastran, MSC Patran, Teamcenter, Windchill)
- Has undergone relevant courses or acquired knowledge and interest in areas related to fatigue, fracture, numerical methods & finite element analysis, theories of elasticity & plasticity, composite structure, design simulations, additive manufacturing, GD&T, drawing interpretation, design thinking, etc.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (MATLAB/Python/Shell/awk, Excel VBA etc.)
- Knowledge in the area of data science & industrial automations
- Knowledge in the areas of strength of materials (engineering fundamentals), numerical methods, design simulation, additive manufacturing, design thinking, Composites etc.
- ITAR/SSA clearance (where relevant)
- Previous involvement with STEM, early careers events
