Job Summary
Rotate through Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and Marketing across Wilmington, Fayetteville, and Southern Pines branches to gain broad exposure to the East Territory business model. Manage warehouse logistics, inventory, and customer partnerships while developing leadership skills through structured mentorship and cross-departmental rotation. Participate in Phase 5 extended specialization for top performers seeking deeper hands-on experience in Sales Office, Showroom, or Purchasing. Complete a 6-month rotational program with relocation assistance and Monday–Friday scheduling to transition into a permanent long-term role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Associate's degree in the plumbing trade (plumbing only at this time)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to relocate upon program completion
