Job Summary
Conduct a 6-month rotational training across Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and Marketing within Hubbard Supplyhouse's Central Territory branches in Garner, Concord, Albemarle, and Salisbury, NC. Manage warehouse logistics, customer partnerships, vendor relationships, and inventory planning while developing leadership skills through dedicated mentorship. Complete the program to earn deep knowledge of the business for transition into a permanent role with potential extended specialization. Bachelor's degree required; relocation assistance provided upon placement. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive salary commensurate with education and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Associate's degree in the plumbing trade (plumbing only at this time)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to learn and work across multiple departments
- Ability to work in warehouse, office, and customer-facing environments
- Valid driver's license
- Must be willing to relocate upon program completion
