Job Summary
Rotate through Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and Marketing across six West Territory branches to gain broad exposure to business functions. Manage warehouse logistics, customer partnerships, vendor relationships, and inventory planning while developing leadership skills under dedicated mentorship. Complete a structured six-month rotational program with potential for extended specialization in high-performing associates. Requires a Bachelor's degree or plumbing trade associate's degree, valid driver's license, and relocation to Charlotte, Sumter, Monroe, Gastonia, or Cornelius. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive compensation and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Associate's degree in the plumbing trade (plumbing only at this time)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to relocate upon program completion
