Job Summary
Trainee Dealers on a Full-time basis at Crown Sydney, delivering high-quality guest experiences in a luxury casino setting. The role includes comprehensive training to develop skills in table games, customer service, grooming and professional presentation, with emphasis on accurate math calculations and integrity. Successful candidates will complete a 5-week full-time training program, pursue a nationally recognised Certificate III in Hospitality, and must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (CSEL). The position requires flexible availability across a 24/7 rotating roster and is based at Crown Sydney in Australia. Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service experience in a premium setting
- Immaculate grooming and presentation
- Strong mathematical calculation skills
- Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (CSEL)
- Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
- Flexible availability across a 24/7 rotating roster (shift work)
- Commit to a 5-week full-time training schedule (Monday to Friday during business hours) commencing in March 2026
