Job Summary
Conduct structured training through workshops, learning modules, and practical exercises while actively participating in the Pixls Program. Execute real-world case studies and hands-on projects involving data cleaning, validation, and analysis using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools. Collaborate with mentors and peers on group assignments, apply feedback to improve technical and communication skills, and present project findings to stakeholders. Complete all training milestones and evaluations to qualify for potential full-time employment. This program is designed for fresh graduates to build a career in Data Analytics with mentorship from experienced professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Data Cleaning, Basic Formulas)
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Ability to break down complex problems into structured, manageable steps
- Excellent attention to detail with a habit of validating data before presenting conclusions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain data and insights in simple language to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable making decisions and working with incomplete information
- Quick learner with a strong curiosity for business, user behavior, and data
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
- Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts and reporting
- Understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and performance reporting
