Job Summary
Identify and onboard new creators monthly by matching them to brand goals, managing the full workflow from initial contact through contract execution to first posts. Serve as the central point of contact for multiple affiliates, delivering clear feedback, coordinating content production, and ensuring output quality aligns with timelines. Track performance metrics like GMV and Affiliate Sales to drive optimization, scale successful setups, and structure learnings for team standards. This role sits within a leading TikTok Shop agency in Germany, where you will collaborate with brands such as Aylashes and More Nutrition in a hands-on environment featuring a dedicated studio and top-tier equipment.
Required Qualifications
