Job Summary
Trainee Contract Logistics Process Engineering within Contract Logistics Production System Green Belt on adidas Campus South in Mantua. You will operate to support continuous improvement by delivering Lean Six Sigma-driven projects, mapping and analyzing warehouse processes, translating maps into measurable drivers and costs, and collaborating with Process, Quality and Data Analysis teams to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Responsibilities include shopfloor observations, data collection, identifying deviations from standard processes, developing tools and dashboards to visualize performance, and contributing to forecasting tools to anticipate workload and capacity needs. The role emphasizes training and mentorship under senior team members and is targeted at early-career applicants with an engineering/related background.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor student or recent graduate in engineering, logistics, supply chain management, economics or related fields; ITS qualification or ongoing studies with focus on logistics/supply chain/industrial processes; English and Italian language requirements; MS Office proficiency; Driver’s License; forklift license not requested; strong analytical and communication skills; interest in warehouse operations and data-driven decision making.
