Job Summary
Deliver professional tyre fitting and maintenance services to customers in line with service level agreements. Attend customer sites and roadside breakdowns, ensuring timely and effective support during day or night shifts. Complete job cards, fleet inspections, and all required documentation accurately and efficiently while maintaining company vehicles and equipment to a high standard of care and safety. Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines at all times. Manage workload effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet customer and business needs. Full training is provided, including a City & Guilds qualification, with a competitive salary of £30,000 to £35,000 OTE. Overtime, callouts, and weekend work may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid UK driving licence
- Confidence using digital tools such as tablets or computers
- Strong communication skills, with experience interacting with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Well-organised, proactive, and committed to maintaining high safety standards
- Full-time, permanent role
- Overtime, Callouts and Weekend Work may be required
Desired Qualifications
- A recognised qualification in tyre fitting (Bus, Truck & Coach or Roadside Breakdown)
