Job Summary
Conduct daily trade support for brokers by inputting trades, resolving discrepancies, and providing live quotes via messaging systems. Monitor markets, follow financial news, and update real-time whiteboards with market data. Liaise with clients to understand business objectives and develop new business by onboarding new clients following the correct process. Identify trade opportunities, calculate strategies, and keep trade records up to date while providing input on various projects.
