Job Summary
Conduct scientific literature searches and patent reviews for development activities while designing formulation strategies and leading Quality by Design approaches. Perform pre-formulation studies to select and screen polymers and excipients for formula optimization, evaluate stability programs, and interpret analytical data. Execute stability studies, design experiments, and prepare product development reports, monitoring projects from batch completion through technology transfer and process optimization. Prepare SOPs and calibrate lab instruments. Requires a Master of Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics) degree and 3-8 years of experience.
