Job Summary
Trainee Associate role in Voya India, operating in a Hybrid mode across Bangalore, Pune, or Delhi. Responsible for processing participants' plan-level transactions, achieving stringent daily productivity targets, and maintaining client confidentiality. Investigates and responds to queries from business partners, provides transaction-processing support to client teams, and participates in process improvements and automation.
