Job Summary
Manage loan documentation disbursal and collection with precision, reviewing and verifying documents against banking and compliance standards. Perform reconciliations to maintain accurate settlement records, ensure timely system updates, and adhere to AML, CTF, and internal risk frameworks. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries effectively while delivering within defined SLAs and reporting timelines. This Trainee Analyst role supports end-to-end loan settlement processes within a structured, high-performance environment in Bangalore, requiring a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and data handling
- Clear communication skills with fluent English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within structured processes
- A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Australian shift timings (3:00–4:00 AM start, Mon–Fri)
