Job Summary
Gather business requirements, design AI workflows, and collaborate with engineers to translate needs into practical AI features for ZBrain. Translate specifications into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while designing, building, and optimizing agentic workflows using prompt and context engineering. Work closely with software engineers to define APIs, integrations, and data requirements, then test, validate, and refine agents by evaluating outputs and troubleshooting issues. Prepare solution documentation, prototypes, and demonstrations for stakeholders and participate in sprint execution and UAT to ensure timely delivery. Stay current with generative AI advancements to recommend improvements and communicate findings to technical teams and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and AI concepts.
- Foundational knowledge of prompt engineering, context engineering, agentic workflows, and iterative AI development.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and coding assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Codex, Claude Code, or similar platforms for research, workflow design, and solution development.
- Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including the software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, databases, testing, debugging, version control, and basic programming concepts.
- Basic understanding of system integrations, REST APIs, JSON, and data exchange concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and take on new challenges.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation tools.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, GenAI models, or workflow automation.
- Experience with requirement management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Demonstrate proactive thinking
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions.
