Job Summary
Prepare daily and weekly controls for investor instructions, maintain the investor register, and perform transaction validation and reconciliation. Monitor cash flow, validate incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding capital calls. Manage queries from internal and external parties, ensuring timely acknowledgment and responses. Produce investor-level reporting for stakeholders and clients, and prepare audit packs for management review. Collaborate with departments in Luxembourg, the US, and the UK while adhering to established procedures. Escalate issues to Transfer Agency management promptly.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent
- Excellent level of English, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Team player, client focused and highly motivated to join a dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Any knowledge of Real Estate and Private Equity funds and associated regulatory obligations of a Luxembourg PFS would be considered an asset
