Required Qualifications
- Trained Medication Assistant certification completed in Minnesota
- Successful completion of a state approved training program
- Current certification in medication administration in state(s) in which he/she practices
- Successful completion of a state approved nursing assistant training program
- Current certification in state(s) in which he/she practices
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
