Job Summary
Administer medications, assess resident information, and perform treatments in coordination with care plans, facility policies, procedures, and state regulations. Work alongside two other TMA's and one nurse to provide person-centered care to 40 residents during the day shift. This role supports Accura HealthCare's mission of being partners in care and family for life within our Midwest-based network of skilled nursing communities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Hold current TMA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific certification (includes current CNA certification)
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
