Job Summary
Hybrid role within RTX's Training with Industry program in Tucson, AZ, supporting Raytheon Land and Air Defense Systems as a U.S. Army ammunition subject matter expert. Responsibilities include developing relationships with program managers, supporting GBAD program teams, assisting with requirements assessments, coordinating cross-business unit capabilities, identifying key customer interests, engaging with U.S. Army leadership, and delivering aftermarket sustainment solutions. The role requires collaboration with Requirements and Capabilities colleagues, international country teams, Specialty Engineering, Product Support, and program leadership; perform ammunition sustainment activities and provide ammunition subject matter expertise for readiness efforts. Expect approximately 10% travel within the year to support customer engagements and tradeshows. Eligible applicants must be a U.S. citizen (or meet immigration status requirements) and hold an active DoD security clearance at the DoD Secret level on day one.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Army Warrant Officer CW2 or higher with ammunition and logistics management experience
