Job Summary
Train Service Controller in Sentosa Express responsible for delivering train services as scheduled from the Operation Command Centre, coordinating with maintenance to switch traction power on/off, launching and withdrawing passenger trains at start/end of service, recording faults and liaising with the Duty Officer, performing train reformation during delays, ensuring trains are manned per deployment, running test/spare trains, managing after-hours activities, and coordinating with station staff on incidents. Requires a Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering and the ability to work rotating shifts including weekends/Public Holidays. Keen focus on safety, reliability, and meeting Operations KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Recognized Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, with at least one year of relevant working experience
- Candidates must be able to work on rotating shift work, including weekends and Public Holidays
