Job Summary
Define and maintain system data requirements, data models, and dictionaries for High-Speed Rail subsystems including Train Control, Traffic Management, SCADA, and Key Management systems. Specify and manage data interfaces, develop Interface Control Documents, and establish data flows, governance, and validation rules to ensure consistency and interoperability. Support system integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards. This role requires relocation for candidates outside the Sacramento, CA area and offers a salary range of $165,000 to $205,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Telecom, or Computer Science
- Typically 10+ years' experience in rail, infrastructure, or complex systems projects
- TCS or Telecom engineer background
- At least one experience in High-Speed Rail systems
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- INCOSE membership
