Job Summary
Conduct formal reviews and inspections of final loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness, capturing required data elements in the application. Follow up via email or phone on pending documents and exceptions, while recording check-ins and adding comments into the database. Monitor reports to track outstanding documents and file or retrieve materials as necessary for shipping. This full-time, non-exempt role in St. Paul requires a high school graduate or GED with at least six months of mortgage and title document experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Minimum 6 months' experience working with mortgage and title documents
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to learn and work with new applications/platforms
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
