Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy, instructional design, or content development within a technology or enterprise learning environment
- Proven ability to lead content strategy initiatives end-to-end, from audit and discovery through execution and measurement
- Data fluency: You use learner engagement data, completion rates, and feedback to validate content strategy — and you help others understand what the data does and doesn't say
- You communicate strategy clearly to writers, editors, and product stakeholders, leading with the 'why' before the 'what'
- You build trusted relationships with stakeholders beyond the immediate team and influence content direction through well-reasoned, data-backed recommendations
- You keep the learner's perspective at the center of every content strategy decision and ensure content programs reflect the full diversity of Trailhead's learner base
- You can create strong narratives that are jargon-free and influence outcomes
- You seek out other perspectives, share your work early, and give feedback that drives improvement
- You are accountable for outcomes, proactive about blockers, and willing to raise concerns — even under pressure to move fast
- You actively explore how AI tools can improve content strategy and your personal workflow, and you evaluate tools thoughtfully that solve for real business problems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with sales enablement or go-to-market teams to develop learning programs
- Background in instructional design principles or adult learning theory
- Familiarity with how AI tools are reshaping content creation, curation, and personalization — and the ability to incorporate that into strategy planning
