Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and support store recovery initiatives as needed. Uphold merchandising standards, promote credit and loyalty programs, and adhere to all operational, loss prevention, and labor laws. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction goals, and multi-area cross-training to support business needs. Work a flexible schedule to meet business demands while lifting heavy objects and responding to unexpected situations.
