Job Summary
Trailer Technician/Mechanic in Odessa, TX: diagnose, repair and service trailers of all brands in a safe, professional manner. Starting pay $29.00-$35.00 per hour based on experience with quarterly bonus potential up to $5,000/year. Responsibilities include replacing or repairing damaged panels, rails and traps; performing trailer alignments and adjustments; repairing and replacing brakes, cams and wheel seals; welding steel and aluminum. Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a standing position and/or walk up to 100% of the time
- Trailer experience highly preferred
- Ability to bend, stoop, crawl around equipment, and crawl in and out of tubs and trailers and to work from ladders
- Ability to carry objects weighting up to 50 lbs. for a distance of 10-50 feet. Objects over 50lbs, use two people
