Job Summary
Trailer Technician responsible for all phases of welding and repairs on semi-trailers. Perform welding in aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel (tig, mig, arc) and conduct repairs/modifications to trailers, including suspensions, heavy-duty brakes, drums, cams, slack adjusters, chambers, and air valves. Maintain a clean, safe work area, adhere to allocated timeframes, and participate in training seminars. Requires 3-5 years of related experience, ability to operate a cell phone and personal computer, and use of electric hand tools for cutting aluminum, wood and steel. Physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and continuous climbing in/out of trailers. Benefits include quarterly profit share, performance bonus, PTO, holidays, and 401K. No weekends.
