Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance on trailers, handle DOT/FHWA inspections, and repair or replace tires, brakes, and suspension systems. Diagnose and repair electrical and ABS systems, weld and fabricate using steel and aluminum, and address road service calls and company vehicle repairs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while executing additional duties as assigned. Requires 1+ year of shop experience with DOT annual inspections, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification incentives available for Brakes, Suspension, or PMs. Flexible 3x12 or 4x10 hour shifts with shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of shop experience with DOT annual inspections, brakes, or tech school certification
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
