Trailer Sales Administrator

Job Summary
Process orders, maintain customer information, and prepare sales reports for the Trailer and Truck Equipment sales team. Ensure data integrity between CRM and ERP systems by entering new items, purchase orders, and sales orders while reviewing manufacturer production reports for accuracy. Confirm customer deposits, report discrepancies, and reconcile accrual differences from closed sales files. Prepare sales and margin analysis, maintain costing information, and support the Inventory Coordinator and branch sales staff. Provide coverage for the Finance department, AR, AP, and Reception as required.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales administration, customer service, or order processing experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer systems and standard office software
- Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team-oriented, adaptable, with a commitment to safety excellence
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a wholesale, industrial, or distribution environment is an asset
- Demonstrated proficiency in CRM Software (Salesforce) is an asset
