Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance on trailers to meet DOT requirements, including repairs to brakes, electrical systems, suspensions, and tires. Troubleshoot issues, document repairs, and operate the yard truck to maneuver trailers in and out of the shop. Conduct DOT inspections and repairs on trucks as needed while collaborating with the team to keep operations running smoothly. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. A-Line offers hands-on experience with fleet maintenance, competitive pay ranging from $19 to $26, and opportunities to learn and grow in the industry.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have own basic hand tools and storage
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with air brakes, electrical systems, and ABS systems
- Class A CDL
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication
