Job Summary
Greet drivers and visitors, manage sign-in/sign-out processes, and conduct visual trailer inspections to ensure safety compliance. Process driver paperwork accurately, update internal systems, and maintain equipment records through data entry. Serve as the first point of contact for OTR drivers, offering site guidance, answering phone inquiries, and filing documents. Monitor and report safety issues, driver conduct, or incidents immediately to site leadership. Coordinate with warehouse operations and adhere to all company policies. Requires Monday–Friday 12-hour rotating shifts; hourly pay is $15.00.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional demeanor and willingness to assist
- Ability to physically inspect trailers and navigate the yard
- Willingness to learn customer systems, policies, and procedures
- Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety
- Ability to identify and report issues promptly and accurately
- Steel-toe boots
