Job Summary
Deliver finished goods and raw materials to manufacturing plants and retail distribution centers in Slovenia and Croatia while planning optimal routes and meeting delivery schedules. Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues, perform preventative maintenance, and document work expenses. Comply with all truck driving rules and regulations, collect delivery instructions, and report defects or violations. Requires minimum three years of international trailer driving experience, current license, and proficiency with GPS and AVL units. Long-term contract of 12 to 36 months with competitive salary, paid overtime, and provided accommodation and meal allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Min. 3 years of experience as a Trailer Truck Driver
- Min. 2 years of experience with electronic equipment and software such as GPS, AVL units or CB
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
- Good knowledge of truck driving rules and regulations
- No driving violations
- Willing to submit to background/alcohol and drug checks on a regular basis
- Trucking school diploma
- Current truck driving licence
- Good knowledge of English language
- Graduated from Primary and Secondary school or Vocational school
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
