Trail Crew Lead

Lead and coordinate trail crew operations, including route planning, crew scheduling, and safety compliance for all trail maintenance activities. Manage daily field tasks such as clearing debris, repairing erosion, and installing signage while ensuring adherence to environmental regulations. Oversee equipment inventory and coordinate with park rangers and contractors to execute seasonal trail improvement projects. This role requires full-time availability with weekend rotations and includes comprehensive benefits.
