Job Summary
Setting up cones, signs, and barricades; operating stop/slow paddle to guide traffic; enforcing safety rules learned in training; communicating with crew and supervisor; keeping equipment and work areas clean and safe; working outdoors year-round with flexible shifts (nights, weekends, or emergency work possible); standing/walking 8–12 hours per shift; wearing provided PPE and bringing steel-toe boots; requires a valid driver’s license and ability to lift 40–50 pounds; includes paid training and a traffic safety certificate; opportunities for advancement to Senior Protector, Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, and Manager roles; benefits include health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, paid sick time, 401(k), and EOE commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to stand, walk, and work outside for long periods
