Job Summary
Combine proprietary datasets to perform ad-hoc trend analyses on traffic and socioeconomic data for concession companies. Develop forecast models for business development opportunities and define traffic data collection programs including counts, surveys, and travel time studies. Prepare memos examining trends, leading indicators, and regional travel patterns while evaluating the feasibility of additional market research.
Required Qualifications
- Master Degrees are preferred (Transportation Focus), Civil Engineering degree or related required
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, ArcGIS, Trans CAD, Cube, SAS, Python, and MySQL
- Experience with discrete choice modeling, econometrics, or data mining would be valuable
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High familiarity with data structures
- Superior writing and verbal communication skills
- Ethical, caring and with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
