The Traffic Operative (TIR Import) is responsible for managing international shipments for clients. Key responsibilities include customer service for order management, monitoring the status of shipments and departures, opening files for billing, document preparation and management, resolving traffic issues, and keeping clients informed about their shipments. Preferred qualifications include medium proficiency in English, with additional skills in French and/or German considered advantageous.
