Job Summary
Update and respond to scheduled and unscheduled traffic events and congestion using closed-circuit camera systems and detectors. Act as an emergency dispatcher in a call center environment, dispatching responders via two-way radio to assist motorists and manage events requiring timely responses. Perform data entry functions while fluently working in multiple PC applications simultaneously. Prioritize multiple tasks in real time and relay information from numerous sources with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Operate in a 24/7/365 environment including overnight shifts from 9pm to 5am, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School + no experience
- Background and drug/alcohol screening required
- Willing to work 24/7/365 operation - must be willing to work outside of standard business hours
- Ability to fluently work in multiple PC applications simultaneously
- Possess exceptional organizational skills to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in real time and in potentially serious situations
- Possess exceptional communications skills both in written & verbal forms to effectively receive, document & relay information from numerous sources

Desired Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience of surveillance and or CCTV monitoring
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer/Client relationship experience
- Ability to multi-task
