Job Summary
Coordinate daily traffic management activities and lead field crews to deliver safe, productive, and compliant work across multiple sites. Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety, quality, and performance while ensuring all operations align with approved Traffic Management Plans and NZGTTM requirements. Manage plant resources, lead toolbox talks, and provide on-site guidance to solve challenges as they arise. This hands-on leadership role requires a supervisor with strong knowledge of traffic management practices and experience coordinating field teams. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Traffic Management supervisory or leadership position
- Strong knowledge of traffic management practices, NZGTTM requirements, and site compliance
- Proven experience managing and coordinating field crews
- Current STMS qualification
- Relevant traffic management industry certifications
- Experience using MYTTM or similar resource planning systems
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
