Job Summary
Traffic Engineer responsible for design of traffic engineering elements including signals, roadway lighting, signage, pavement markings, ITS infrastructure, and work-zone controls; perform traffic analysis and modeling using HCS, Synchro, Sidra, and PTV tools (Vissim/Vistro/Visum); conduct safety data collection and HSM-based analysis; develop Transportation Management Plans for major roadway projects; prepare technical documents and reports; participate in related field work and site visits; operate within multidisciplinary teams and manage scope, schedule, and budgets while communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- B.S. or M.S. Engineering
