Traffic Coordinator - Creative Operations

Job Summary
Coordinate production schedules and maintain constant communication between the Creative Print Team, Merchandising, and Marketing departments. Monitor all project stages for signage, flyers, ads, and catalogs while enforcing deadlines. Input new project files into the workflow management database, review merchant information for accuracy, and provide print specifications. Compile summary reports, oversee established procedures, and serve as a backup to other traffickers. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in a high-volume art production environment. Full-time role with occasional night and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, project management or another related field
- 2+ years of comparable experience in a high volume, art production environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Great interpersonal communication and ability to work well with others
- Project management experience
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong computer skills with Adobe Creative Suite on a Macintosh platform
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of a creative department
- Understanding of the print production process and terminology
- Ability to work some nights and weekends
