Job Summary
As a Flagger/Traffic Controller, responsible for closing roads using cones and barricades and ensuring the safety of those passing by. You will perform two-way flagging with a stop & slow sign to manage traffic in work zones, load trucks and deliver/pick up barricades and signs, and complete reports as required. This role involves outdoor, weather-exposed work, potential night/weekend shifts, and requires the ability to lift 50lbs, stand 6-12 hours, and operate safely in coordination with team members.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license for 2 years
- Clear motor vehicle record
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Stand 6-12 hours per day
- Pass drug test including THC
- Available during business hours and able to work nights/weekends on-call
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- English proficiency for safety coordination
