Traffic Control Technician

Night shift Traffic Control Technician performing roadway signing and traffic control work. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining traffic control devices on or near job sites, setting and maintaining traffic control throughout project duration, constructing sign foundations, erecting sign frameworks, installing prefabricated signs, reading plans to locate and position signs, performing related signing work (delineators, pavement striping, reflective markers, detours, lane closures), and servicing and repairing traffic control equipment. On-the-job training is provided. Required actions include working outdoors in varying weather, handling materials up to 100 pounds, and possessing a valid driver's license; CDL is preferred.
