Traffic Control Supervisor

As Traffic Control Supervisor, you will support AWP’s traffic management operations by reviewing and executing temporary traffic control plans, coordinating with onsite personnel (Protectors/Flaggers, TMA Drivers, Pilot Car Operators), and ensuring safe traffic and pedestrian movement through complex work zones. You will train and mentor Protectors, ensure compliance with Federal/State/Local guidelines, manage documentation (PJSB, daily logs, inspections), and maintain professional communication with customers while supervising field operations and equipment setup. Key duties include setting up, maintaining, and removing channelizing devices, leading on-the-job safety training, driving company vehicles as needed, and upholding safety procedures in diverse outdoor environments.
