Job Summary
Traffic Control Person (TCP) responsible for setting up traffic control zones, adjusting work zone equipment, and directing traffic with clear signals to motorists. Maintains safety and compliance at worksites, attends health and safety toolbox/tailgate meetings, participates in accident/incident investigations, completes required documentation for regulatory compliance, and reports safety matters to dispatch or health and safety. Requires BC TCP certification, strong communication and de-escalation skills, and adherence to PPE and safety standards. Role based in Vancouver, BC with in-person/hybrid work arrangements and potential for growth into higher level positions; includes benefits such as medical/dental coverage and RRSP, and a signing bonus for experienced TCPs.
