Job Summary
Coordinate the placement of reservations and equipment based on customer demand and equipment productivity to help provide certainty to customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships. Analyze data to formulate strategies that balance inventory within your market and work with rate analysts to manage equipment pricing that maximizes customer servicing. Hire, mentor, and lead a team of reservation managers while supporting dealerships and field team members with outstanding customer service and problem-solving. Manage the distribution of U-Haul trucks, trailers, towing, and U-Box portable storage in an assigned market generating $15 million annually.
