Job Summary
Manage the distribution of U-Haul trucks, trailers, towing and U-Box portable storage; hire, mentor and lead a team of reservation managers; coordinate reservations and equipment based on customer demand and inventory productivity; analyze data to balance inventory and support revenue goals; collaborate with rate analysts and dealerships to optimize servicing more customers; provide outstanding customer service and problem-solving to customers and field teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Management and team-building experience (2 years minimum)
- Customer service-oriented with an analytical mind
- Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal, leadership, coaching and conflict-resolution skills
