Job Summary
Traffic Control Flagger responsible for communicating with contractors on job sites, conducting daily traffic plans, setting up and tearing down work-zone equipment, and conducting flagging operations. Ensures personal and public safety, follows training and safety protocols, maintains clear professional communication with contractors, co-workers, and the general public, and submits paperwork to proper channels. Requires ability to travel to meet points and stay in overnight lodging for extended periods; must work outdoors and be able to stand for 8+ hours and lift at least 25 lbs. Role includes seasonal and year-round opportunities, with certifications provided by the employer and a benefits package (PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) and matching, EAP). 18+ with a valid driver's license and clean MVR; willing to travel and work in various locations across VT/NH/ME/NY.
