Job Summary
Traffic Control Flagger responsible for communicating with contractors, conducting daily traffic plans, setting up and tearing down appropriate workzone equipment, conducting flagging operations, and ensuring personal safety and safety of contractors, co-workers, and the general public. Must follow training and safety protocols, stay vigilant for hazards, and submit paperwork as required. Position offers training provided by ADA Traffic Control, with a starting pay of $21 per hour, potential for growth, sign-on bonus, and benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, and weekly pay. The role involves variable schedules and work locations, with both seasonal and year-round opportunities; ability to travel to meet points and potentially stay in lodging for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- 18 Years or older
- Must have reliable vehicle
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to travel to meet point
- Ability to stay in overnight lodging for weeks at a time (company provided accommodations)
- Ability to work outdoors
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours, walking for long distances and lift a minimum of 25 lbs
