Job Summary
Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones while directing traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients. Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites across the eastern United States, utilizing approved two-way radios and appropriate equipment. Stand for 8-12 hours daily, walking 1-2 miles and lifting up to 50 lbs in various outdoor conditions. Availability is Monday through Friday from early morning to late afternoon. Earn weekly pay of $16.50-19.30/hr with opportunities for advancement into Crew Leader and management roles, including promotional bonuses and in-house training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to drive themselves to and from job sites
- Satisfactory driving record
- Availability Monday–Friday
- Physical endurance – Ability to stand for 8-12 hours
- Ability to walk 1-2 miles per day
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
- Ability to obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6′′ in height
- Ability to obtain Approved two-way radios
