Traffic Control Flagger

Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones while directing traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients. Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites, guiding traffic safely using appropriate equipment and communication. Assist Crew Leaders in setting up and maintaining work zones across active construction areas. This role requires physical endurance to stand for 8-12 hours outdoors in various conditions, including the ability to walk 1-2 miles daily and lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, as employees are responsible for driving themselves to and from job sites. Availability is Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
